Day Spa-at your door is the perfect private or corporate gift. Let us create a customized spa package that can be given in gift certificate form, to be used on the date of the recipient’s choice.
Gift Certificate Terms: · All gift certificates are FINAL SALE and are non-refundable, non-transferable & hold no cash value. · Valid only for intended recipient and listed services/packages - you may not substitute services. · Unless otherwise noted on your certificate, all gift certificates are valid 6 months from issue date. · Expired gift certificates immediately become VOID and will result in the forfeit of your services - so please book accordingly! · As per your gift certificate, we require a minimum of 7 days to several weeks notice for bookings. · You are responsible for making your own appointments/bookings before certificate expiration. You will not be sent a reminder notice. · Valid only for travel within 50 miles (roundtrip) of our office. Otherwise additional travel charge is applied and due before service is rendered. · If you plan on moving outside our service area please call BEFORE you move to make arrangements - otherwise your certificate will become void. · Not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. · All membership gift certificate initial fee due at time of purchase with remaining balance due 24 hours of service appointment and member credit card on file will be charged accordingly. |
